From the books to the work

Work with us

The books come first. If you would rather work through it with someone, Continuous Engineering takes on five kinds of work.

Each is for a founder or a small team building on an AI model they do not own. Write to say which one fits, or that you are not sure; the address is below. Every conversation starts with what you are trying to solve.

Five kinds of work

  1. AI roadmap

A written plan for where AI belongs in your product and your company, and what to do first.

For a founder or small team deciding how to build on a model it does not own.

  2. AI adoption

Hands-on help moving an AI pilot into production. Continuous Engineering audits, advises and implements AI adoption for organizations moving from pilot to production.

For a team whose pilot works and now has to run in real use, on a model it does not own.

  3. Blueprinting

An architecture blueprint for your AI product, written so your team or ours can build from it. Continuous Engineering's own method is 80% architectural specification and 20% delegated execution.

For a founder who needs the design settled before spending on the build.

  4. Custom development

Software built to your design when the architecture is the hard part. In Continuous Engineering's words: when the engagement calls for it, we build it.

For a small team that needs a working system and does not have the engineers to build it.

  5. Forward-deployed engineering

A senior engineer working inside your team, in your systems, on your problem, until it is built or running.

For a small team that wants an engineer alongside it, not a report.

How to start
