I mentor young founders. I wrote this book for the ones who start with no capital, no network and a product built on an AI model they do not own. It holds about a fifth of what an MBA teaches, plus a few things a course leaves out, and a way to try each one this week.

Take each chapter at the pace of one real week: read it, then do its exercise on your own venture, which ends in a one-page report. Every report has a template in the appendix that you may copy and use. How to use this book and the reader paths show where to start for the problem in front of you.

Thank you to the young entrepreneurs who let me learn from them, and to every reader who tells me what worked and what did not.
